This week, we completed another restoration project for a client in Estero.

A client hired us to restore their pool cage and convert it into a picture window. They availed the Lifetime Restoration Package with Silver Clearview Conversion. The first package includes repainting, re-screening, and replacing fasteners with the best materials that subsequently have a longer warranty. For the Silver Package, an entire wall is converted into a picture window for maximum view.

Because we changed part of the structure, this project required site-specific and engineer-approved plans. After doing more than a hundred pool enclosure projects, we can efficiently get this process done. Our clients don’t have to worry about the details. They also don’t need to wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else

For the picture window, we used an unpainted 4×8 beam with a span length of 45 inches. We then replaced the fasteners with Nylotec, which is a durable fastener with a 10-year warranty. Next, we painted the frames with Hi-solid Polyurethane paint with an electrostatic charge. This paint is more efficient to use on metal surfaces. Lastly, we installed Superscreen 14/16 throughout the entire enclosure.

Our efficient crew took less than a week to get the job done. This pool enclosure now looks brand new and has a great view!
