A client from Cape Coral hired us to make their pool cage look new again. Mr. Fagan called us to restore his enclosure after noticing the rusty fasteners and faded paint.

Here is what his old pool cage looks like. The fasteners are rusty and the paint is fading. For his project, he availed our Lifetime Restoration Package which includes repainting, rescreening, and replacing the fasteners. He also wanted to remove the frames obstructing the view, so he asked for the Bronze Clearview Configuration where we re-engineer a part of the front wall to maximize the view.

Before we started, we first covered the pool and deck with plastic. We then removed the old mesh and replace the rusty fasteners with Nylotec, which is a durable fastener that comes with a 10-year warranty. After, we painted the entire aluminum structure with Hi-solid Polyurethane, with an electrostatic charge. For the screens, we installed Superscreen 14/16, a mesh that can withstand strong gusts of wind for a long time.

For the picture window, we first prepared the permits, engineering, and site plans. Since we have completed more than a hundred picture window conversion projects, we were able to efficiently get this process done. Our client did not have to worry about the details nor wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

We prefabricated the frames in our shop and brought them on-site after getting the permit. The clearview configuration was completed before we restored the enclosure. Check out the results! Doesn’t it look better without the frames obstructing the view?

Our efficient crew was able to complete this project in less than two weeks. Mr. Fagan was glad to have a brand new looking pool cage with durable screens. He doesn’t have to worry about bugs invading his pool area. There are also no more frames, so he can enjoy his view in an insect-free enclosure.
