A client in Cape Coral hired us for a new under-truss lanai.

Mr. Lonergan called us to book his project, and then we went to his home on the scheduled date. For this under-trass lanai, we used Standard Phifer 18/14 mesh. This screen model can withstand strong wind pressure for 3 years. All screens are durable when it’s newly installed, but this one will eventually weaken with age – making it easily tearable from a regular storm after 7 years.

Our efficient crew finished this project in less than a day. Now our client has a new outdoor area where he can relax without worrying about insects invading his space.
