This week, a client from Fort Myers hired us to install a brand new screen enclosure.

Mr. Driscoll wanted to extend his outdoor living area, so he asked us to build a screen enclosure. Before we got started, we first had to handle the permits and engineering. Fortunately, we’ve done hundreds of these projects that we can efficiently get this process done. Our client did not have to worry about the details nor wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

Once everything was ready, we went on-site. First, we laid out the concrete foundation and installed 8-inch footers. The enclosure will have a 24-inch projection from the host structure and will be 22 inches wide. We also installed a 7-inch super gutter.

Not only will our client be safe from bugs, but he won’t have frames obstructing the view since we engineered the wall for maximum view. For the fasteners, we used Nylotec fasteners, which is a durable model and comes with a 10-year warranty. Lastly, we installed Superscreen 17/20, a screen model that is thicker and tighter, making it look darker than the standard screen. Don’t worry, this doesn’t change the outward visibility.

Our client is happy with his new enclosure. He can now relax outdoors and enjoy the nice breeze without bugs invading his area.
