This week, we built a new enclosure for a client from Lehigh Acres. Mr. and Ms. Nolan were tired of bugs ruining their afternoons by the pool, so they hired us to install an entirely new enclosure for them.

Before we started building on-site, we first needed to prepare the permits, engineering, and site plans. We’ve done more than a hundred pool enclosure projects, so we can efficiently get this process done. Our client did not have to worry about the details nor wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

Once everything was settled, we started constructing on-site. Most of our new enclosures are now picture windows which gives the client an optimal view. This enclosure is the largest picture window we have ever done with a span size of 63′. We used a carrier beam with a size of 4″x10″ and an internal X plate for reinforcement. For the fasteners, we used Nylotec, a durable fastener that comes with a 10-year warranty. We then installed Superscreen 14/16, a mesh that is 3x stronger than a standard screen.

Our efficient crew was able to complete this project in two weeks. Now, our client can enjoy their pool cage without worrying about bugs. With the materials we used, they also don’t have to worry about a re-screen, fastener replacement, or repaint for a long time.
