A client from Cape Coral hired us because they wanted a small enclosure for their new hot tub area. Mr. and Ms. Hoffner are setting up their hot tub area, and it wasn’t going to be complete until it had a screen enclosure. This is what the area looks like before and after installing the new enclosure.

Before we got started on the project, we first had to prepare permits, engineering, and site plans. We’ve done multiple screen enclosure projects in the past so we already know the best way to handle this process, allowing us to get permits faster than anyone else.

Once we got the permits approved we get started on the project. We mostly prefabricate the frames in our shop so we brought these on-site and installed it. The roof design we used for this screen enclosure is called a half mansard. Next, we screened the enclosure in with a durable mesh to prevent bugs from getting inside.

Our efficient crew completed this project in less than a week. Mr. and Ms. Hoffner can now enjoy their hot tub area without worrying about bugs and falling leaves. With the materials we used, they won’t need an upgrade for a long time!
