This week, we completed an enclosure restoration and picture window conversion project for a client in Fort Myers. After Ms. Boehm saw our enclosure restoration projects online, she hired us to make her pool cage look brand new again.

She availed our Lifetime Restoration Package which includes re-screening, replacing the fasteners with lifetime warranty stails steel tapcons with finish, and repainting with High solids Polyurethane 2 part epoxy Far better than any factory – basically, using better materials that come with a longer warranty. Our client also upgraded to a Gold Clearview Conversion Package, so we re-engineered all sides of her pool cage.

Before working on-site, we first prepared permits, engineering, and site plans. We efficiently got this process done and our client didn’t have to wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

Once the permits were settled, we got to work. We first covered the entire pool and deck area with plastic to prevent getting debris or paint drops on them. We then converted all walls of the existing screen enclosure to a clear view with new vertical posts, dramatically increasing the structural integrity. We also upgraded the doors to phat frame clear view doors, ensuring a streamlined look across the entire pool cage

After the picture window conversion process, we continued with the restoration. First, we replaced the fasteners with Blue-tap Nylotech and Stainless Pro-Tect Tapcons, which come with a 10-year warranty. Next, we repainted the entire structure with white Sherwin Williams Hi-Solids Polyurethane, which was sprayed on electrostatically. Lastly, we rescreened the enclosure with Superscreen 14/16. This mesh is great on large openings as it can withstand strong wind pressure without tearing and is three times stronger than the standard screen.

We completed this project in a couple of weeks. Our client is glad that her pool cage looks brand new again and that there are no more frames obstructing the view. With the materials we used, she can enjoy her insect-free pool cage without worrying about an upgrade for a long time.
