Another restoration project we completed this week is for a client in Cape Coral. After Mr. Feys saw our enclosure restoration projects on Facebook, he called us to restore his pool cage. He availed our Lifetime Restoration Package, so we repainted, rescreened, and replaced the fasteners of his enclosure with better materials that come with a longer warranty. Here is his old pool cage. It had rusty fasteners, stains, and fading paint. With our restoration process, it turned into the photos on the right. How did we do it?

When we got on-site, we first covered the pool and deck area with plastic to avoid getting debris or paint drips on it. Next, we removed the old mesh and replaced the fasteners with the Nylotec model. This is a durable fastener that comes with a 10-year warranty. After, we repainted the structure with Hi-solid Polyurethane with an electrostatic charge. For the screens, we installed Superscreen 14/16, a mesh that is 3x stronger than the standard screen and can withstand strong gusts of wind without tearing.

Aside from the restoration project, the client also hired us to paint the undersection of the composite panel roof. We covered the fan, walls, and floor to avoid getting paint drips on them. Our efficient crew was able to complete the entire project in less than two weeks. The pool cage looks brand new again and our client won’t have to worry about insects invading their pool area nor see orange stains and fasteners anymore.
