It’s hard to enjoy the view when there are frames obstructing it. That’s why last week, we converted the existing pool cage of a client from Alva into a picture window.

We also restored it and Mr. Blair availed our Lifetime Restoration Package. With this package, we will rescreen, replace the fasteners, and repaint the enclosure with better materials that have a longer warranty. For the picture window, our client wanted the Bronze Picture Window Package, which includes re-engineering a part of the enclosure’s front wall to maximize the view.

When we arrived on-site, the first thing we did was cover the pool. Our conversion process went smoothly because we mostly prefabricate the frames in our shop. After, we replace the fasteners with Nylotec, which is a durable model with a 10-year warranty. The next step is applying Hi-solid Polyurethane with an electrostatic charge throughout the enclosure. For the screens, we used Superscreen 14/16, which is three times stronger than the standard mesh.

It took our efficient crew less than two weeks to get this job done. Not only does the pool cage look brand new, but it also has an amazing view!
