Mr. and Ms. Kneitel were all too happy to pose in their brand new-looking pool cage after restoration. Availed as a value package, they had their pool enclosure repainted, and screen panels and fasteners replaced.

The graying part that you see on the enclosure is due to a combination of exposure to U/V rays and low-quality paint from the original finisher of the aluminum.

While we use electrostatic paint, Superscreen, and Nylo-tec fasteners for other restorations (the Lifetime Package), we used completely different materials for this project which lowers the price point. The new paint is DTM Acrylic coating from Sherwin Williams, which is water-based and corrosion-resistant. The fasteners are ceramic-coated steel, and the screens were a Phifer 18/14.
