Last week, we restored a pool cage of a client in Estero and converted it into a picture window.

After they saw our picture window conversions on Facebook, our client called us to do it for their enclosure. They availed our Lifetime Restoration Package with Silver Clearview Conversion. For the first package, we re-screen, repaint, and replace the fasteners with better materials that have a longer warranty. For the picture window conversion, we re-engineer the entire front wall of the pool cage for maximum view.

Before we start working on-site, we prepared the permits, engineering, and site plans. Since we’ve done hundreds of these projects, we efficiently get this process done while our clients don’t have to worry about the details. They also don’t have to wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

Once we got everything approved, we head on to the site. We first cover the pool with plastic to protect the pool and deck area from debris. We re-engineer the structure as well as restore the entire enclosure. Take a look at the white paint turning green! It’s time to make this pool cage new again.

First, we replaced the fasteners with Nylotec model, which is a durable fastener with a 10-year warranty. We then repaint the entire structure with bronze Hi-solid Polyurethane with an electrostatic charge. For the screens, we used Superscreen 14/16. This screen is 3x stronger than the standard screen and can withstand strong gusts of wind without tearing.

Our efficient crew took less than a week to complete this project. Not only does this pool cage look brand new, but it also has a great view!
