This week, we made an enclosure in Cape Coral look brand new again. After Ms. Wilson noticed the moldy frames and rusty fasteners of her pool cage, she called us to restore it.

She availed our Lifetime Restoration Project, which includes rescreening, repainting with High Solids Polyurethane 2 part epoxy far better than any factory, and fastener replacement using lifetime warranty stails steel tapcons with finish.

Before we got started, we covered the pool and deck area with plastic to prevent getting any debris or paint drops on them. Next, we stripped and disposed of the old screen mesh. We then replaced old and rusty fasteners with Blue-tap Nylotech and Stainless Pro-Tect Tapcons, which are durable and come with a 10-year warranty.

For the paint, we meticulously applied bronze Hi-Solids Polyurethane Sherwin Williams. After it dries up, we rescreened all the panels with Superscreen. This mesh is three times stronger than the standard screen and can withstand strong wind pressure for years. We also installed two doors and two large pet doors and included supergutter paint on the back of the house.

Our efficient crew completed this project in one week. This pool cage now looks brand new again and our client is happy she won’t have to look at moldy frames or rusty fasteners anymore.
