For this particular project, we did a restoration for the whole screen enclosure. From the roof to the screen mesh panels to the gutter and the fasteners. Our team made a custom screen enclosure for Azure Pool and Deck. It was tailored specifically to the measurements that the pool required. That is one of the services that Gulf Coast Aluminum stands out for. We do professional prefabrication in our facility, as well as site specific laser cut & leveling. For this reason, no matter what your pool enclosure’s size or shape is, you are guaranteed that we can deliver.

For the custom screen enclosure, we used Super Screen 14/17. This mesh screen has a tighter weave that keeps No-see-ums out of your outdoor space without obstructing view or airflow. For this, it is definitely the industry-leading choice for outdoor enclosures, especially that it has a 10-year warranty.

Using the Super Screen, we configured the front wall of the enclosure to have this beautiful picture window. In addition, to keep the clear view aesthetic, we also used 36” x 80” clear view doors. See for yourself how beautiful it turned out.

Some of the other things that we did for the restoration were:

Replaced the old ones with a 7” Super Gutter

Installed a half mansard roof type for 12’6” front wall

Used Blue-Tap fasteners (with a 10-year warranty)

These might seem a lot of things to wrap your head around if you want your screen enclosure restored but with our trusted team members and our dedicated project manager, we assure you that the whole process will be a breeze. Give us a call if you want your pool enclosure to look good as new, just like this one from our lovely client.
