We recently wrapped up a backyard upgrade in Naples that turned an existing paver pool deck into a fully enclosed, bug-free outdoor living space—perfect for enjoying Florida year-round.

The project started with concrete work to install structural footings around the perimeter of the pool deck. With the foundation in place, our crew moved on to the enclosure build—a custom 28' x 40' structure using our GCA Standard configuration.

The enclosure features a Maxview roof layout and a bronze powder-coated frame, offering durability and wide-open views. We installed two full-size Clear View screen doors (each 36” x 80”) on opposite ends for convenient access. To keep the bugs out and the breeze flowing, we used Super Screen NOSEEUM mesh, backed by a 10-year warranty.

Here’s a closer look at the project specs:

Size: 28' x 40' screen enclosure
Foundation: Structural concrete footings around existing paver pool deck
Roof Type: Maxview
Doors: (2) 36” x 80” Clear View screen doors
Frame Color: Bronze, 2604-grade powder coat finish
Screen Mesh: Super Screen NOSEEUM – 10-year warranty
Gutter System: 7” Super Gutter for efficient drainage
Fasteners: True stainless steel throughout, including lifetime-warrantied Tapcons
Configuration: ClearView layout with max open span of 40 feet

Every material we used was chosen for its durability, performance, and low maintenance—so the homeowners can spend more time enjoying their outdoor space and less time maintaining it.

As always, we handled every step in-house—from HOA approvals and permitting to engineering and final install. Our crews coordinated the entire process to make sure everything stayed on schedule and on point.

This Naples build is a great example of how a well-designed enclosure can elevate your pool area and give you a space that’s as practical as it is beautiful.
