Like many homeowners on a lake, our customer found out the bugs around here are bad. They wanted to be able to enjoy an outdoor area for sunbathing and tanning without the pests!

After considering options, they settled on an enclosure the full 50′ of their house, with a 20′ projection. This 50′ width is likely the maximum width due to setbacks and easements on the property. With a 20′ projection there would be plenty of room to move around chairs and outdoor living accessories.

The existing small under truss enclosure had pavers so by nature we had to match the pavers and color for the entire 1000sqft enclosure. This was no problem for us as we are one of the FEW COMPANIES THAT DO PAVERS IN HOUSE.

After roughly 2 weeks since breaking ground the enclosure was completed and our customer was ready to enjoy their new outdoor space. With a signature Maxview engineered for maximum outward visibility, there will be no shortage of enjoyable days.
