This week, we installed a new enclosure for a client in Fort Myers. This is what Ms. Connell’s pool area look liked before. After seeing our enclosure projects online, she called us to replace her old one.

First, we had to prepare the necessary permits and work on the engineering and site plans. Our client didn’t have to worry about the details because we have a dedicated project manager handling it. We can also efficiently get this process done and get permits faster than anyone else.

After acquiring the permits, we started working on-site. Most of the frames of the structure were prefabricated in our facility, while the rest were done with site-specific laser cut and leveling. The frames have a 2604 Powder Coat finish to withstand the harsh Florida sun and other elements

We used Blue-Tap fasteners and Pro-Tect Tapcons, which are durable models that come with a 10-year warranty. This will ensure the longevity and structural integrity of the enclosure. Lastly, we installed Superscreen 14/17, which is mesh three times stronger than the standard screen and comes with a 10-year warranty. It can withstand strong wind pressure, which is important since we used a Clearview configuration of members to maximize the view.

Have you noticed the roof design? This is called Half Mansard. Doesn’t it look great? We completed this enclosure in one week. Our client is happy with her new insect-free enclosure, and now, a better-looking pool area.
