After seeing our under truss lanai projects online, a client from Naples called us to screen in theirs so they can enjoy their outdoor area without bugs swarming around. Ms. Rodgers also wanted it to be clear view as much as possible, so we got the job done. This is what her under truss lanai area looked like before, plus her cute dog.

We custom-built the frame on-site and installed it along with a standard door. We used a bronze frame and then screened it in with Superscreen 17/14. This mesh is three times stronger than the standard screen and can withstand strong wind pressure without tearing, even when installed in large openings. This is suitable for this enclosure since we used a Clearview configuration of the members.

Our efficient crew completed this project in one day. Now our client can lounge in her outdoor space without worrying about those pesky insects. With the materials we used, she also won’t need a re-screen for a long time.
