Our customer in Ave Maria wanted more outdoor living space than his undertruss paver patio provided. The approximately 7×20 area was quite tight with a simple table an chairs.

After consulting with out team the decision was in — they wanted an enclosure at 16’x25′ with a modern clearview of their lake.

With pavers already in place on the undertruss lanai the homeowner wanted to maintain congruency with a matching paver and Running Bond pattern.
